A full-day journey through samba, breathwork, and embodied movement. Reconnect to your body as a source of wisdom, freedom, and joy.

The Journey

For many of us, our bodies have become spaces of judgment—we've learned to control them, compare them, silence them. This workshop is a homecoming. It's an invitation to listen to your body and create a new dialogue with it.

As women, we carry centuries of stories about what our bodies should be. This day is about reclaiming your body as your own—not for performance, not for anyone else, but as your personal temple. Through three sacred practices, we journey toward love and trust in ourselves.

Sacred Cacao

Opens the heart. Everything begins here—from a space of love and receptivity. Cacao awakens our capacity to feel deeply and be present.

Breathwork

Liberates what's been held. Breath releases the emotions, fears, and judgments we've carried. It dissolves the limitations we impose on ourselves and allows energy to flow in harmony.

Samba

Awakens the body. Samba reawakens your senses, your intuition for movement, and your capacity for celebration. It liberates the body and personal expression.

Together, these practices create a pathway back to yourself: the heart opens, emotions are released, the body awakens, and you reconnect with love and confidence in your body as your personal sanctuary.

What to expect

10:00am • Arrival

10:30 – 11:30am

Opening circle, sacred cacao & movements

We gather, open our hearts, and welcome the medicine of cacao. Gentle movement to arrive in your body.

11:30am – 12:45pm • Breathwork immersion

A deep dive into conscious breathing. Release, liberate, and allow energy to flow through you. Feel the shifts as old patterns dissolve.

12:45 – 2:30pm • Lunch & rest by the pool

Vegetarian and vegan nourishment. Rest, connect with the group, soak in the views and the beauty of the space.

2:30 – 4:30pm • Samba as embodiment

Feel the rhythm, celebrate your body's wisdom. Not about technique—about rhythm over appearance, feeling over form, authentic expression.

4:30 – 5:00pm • Closing circle

Integration, gratitude, and honoring the transformation we've moved through together.

  • No performance, no technique required. This day is not about looking good or mastering choreography. It's about reconnecting with your body through rhythm, feeling, and authentic expression.

  • Three powerful practices. Sacred cacao opens your heart. Breathwork liberates trapped emotions and dissolves limitations. Samba awakens your body and celebrates your aliveness.

  • Held in sacred community. A small circle of women, breathing and moving together. Maximum 13 participants. Small enough to feel intimacy, large enough to feel the power of collective feminine energy.

  • Women-only space. Created to honor the sacred feminine and allow deeper embodied work in a space that holds and celebrates us.

The Location

A sanctuary in the heights

Nestled in the heights of Calella, between Barcelona and the Costa Brava, sits a magnificent villa designed for this very day.

Surrounded by nature and overlooking breathtaking views, this space holds everything you need: a sparkling pool to cool off between sessions, lush gardens to ground yourself, and rooms designed for comfort and embodied work.

This is a place to fully detach, fully arrive, and fully come home to yourself.

Founder of Aguidée, Whitney guides women toward emotional liberation, nervous system regulation, and deep inner reconnection — through breath and through voice. As a breathwork practitioner and facilitator of women's circles, she creates held spaces where transformation becomes possible.
